Just wrote some code to send an email every week to a recruiter from different subdomains via an automated generated service with all my info. Hi I we last spoke on X it has been X amount of weeks since you have last responded. Should be able to add CCs to include hiring managers.

Might also add in a service to send sms / call and possibly pull physical addresses from data brokers and mail a letter directly to their home address.

Seriously tired of it. The unprofessionalism is at an all time high. Both recruiters and company hiring practices are to blame.

Not giving an option to opt out and will say emails include please contact so I no longer have to follow up.

They want to ghost they can deal with the spam. I’ll make their productivity decrease at no cost to me other than just tracking my interviews and creating a white / black list of recruiters.
