As per title. I got a few contact requests on LinkedIn for tech jobs, but they have been from recruiters who appear to be working for the same company (e.g. 5 recruiters across 2 companies. The recruiters within each company were hiring for the same role within their companies). I didn't mention nationality of said recruiters, but I think there's enough stigma for people to know where the recruiters are from.

At least, for the first company, they also have a job ad on LinkedIn using their recruitment company. Both companies are "global consulting firms", and there's no mention about who they are recruiting for, though it sounds like they are hiring for themselves, and they have clientele that they outsource their devs to.

Is this a red flag? I'm based in Australia by the way.
