I am perplexed at the unprofessionalism in the recruiter world
Post Body

It's currently 24 mins after the time of my scheduled interview for a company that if I'm being honest wasn't thrilled with, but I just wanted to hear them out... No email, No call. I'm not actually sore about this one, but it's all the ghosting and jumping through hoops I've experienced over the last few months that I just can't seem to wrap my head around, and I have at times been sore with the other ones because I was well-qualified and went thru all the steps... There was one who even told me they were ready to move forward if I was, and then I never heard back. I wonder if the recruiters do this and then sit back and watch this sub for entertainment, because it just doesn't make sense.
