I am a technology retail manager with 10 years of experience. I am currently making the pivot to more hands on IT work after getting my A this January and being on track to complete Security by the end of this month which I will be following up with Network . I have no problem learning and it’s been a welcome change of pace to be technical again. I have tons of customer service among other skills that I’ve learned being a retail manager. I’m confident my resume is worded well, but I’m stumbling on not just rehashing that information in my cover letter. I haven’t had that much hands on experience working with some of the concepts that I’ve now learned about through my studies and am currently saving up to build my home lab. What a good way to highlight the experience I do have to be able to leverage that into a job that is going to require technical experience hands on. Thanks for looking.
