Do you think AI will have a positive or negative effect in recruiting?

Obviously, we’ll continue to see AI grow and evolve over the next 5 years and beyond. There’s a lot of speculation on how it’ll impact all industries, but I’m curious to know from recruiters who are more familiar with hiring if you think AI will be helpful, what it can maybe do, what it definitely won’t do, and what are some of the potential dangers in recruiting you foresee.
