I worked in L&D at a popular ride sharing company but quit because I had the most insanely immature, toxic boss that I put up with for almost 3 years.
Overall, a great movie as I have a lot of stocks to support me from being there since it was a start up. However, I’ve applied to countless jobs in Chicago and while I’ve had some interviews, I mostly don’t even get to the prescreening phase and just get a denial after a couple of days of applying to a job on LinkedIn.
My LinkedIn profile is up to date, my resume has been reworked by a resume writer, and I feel like my marketability is as good as it’s gonna get.
Are recruiters/hiring managers just kind of done filling roles until 2024?
