Hi all!
I've been an RPO talent sourcer for a couple years now and am thinking about what I can transition to next - I love the research aspect of this role and finding what other people can't, but have had enough bad experiences with HMs that make me a little ashamed of who I work for sometimes. I'm not burnt out or anything and could probably find a different sourcing role elsewhere, but like most others kind of fell into the recruiting world, so what have you done once you left the industry?
