need help video recording playing my acoustic guitar along to a backing tack

Yesterday, I was trying to video record myself using built-in camera on my laptop playing acoustic guitar along to the guitar backing track of Green's Day Boulevard of Broken Dreams. Once the video was finished I played back the video and the audio of the video was muffled with the sounds of the youtube backing track being muff and phased out.

How would able to video record myself playing acoustic guitar along to the backing track without having being muffled out. Can you guys offer me solutions on how to fix this problem.
