So, father's day is coming up, and I'm hoping to cook for my grandfather. I asked him what his favorite food is, and he said tacos from when he grew up. Thing is, other than time difference, I grew up in Texas and he grew up in New Mexico. The Mexican food is, from what I've heard, very different there.
Does anyone who grew up in/live(d) in that area have any good Mexican food recipes? I'm looking for tacos and burritos and stuff like that. Also, if they're hard (e.x. hard shell tacos) do you have any tips for making it softer without compromising taste?
Thanks for y'all's help!
