Hello all, new here and wanted to inquire a bit about crafting formulas (flower essences, oils, tinctures, and ointments) with brugmansia. Currently the only poisonous ally I work with in such a form is a henbane flying ointment, however brugmansia has recently become a close ally of mine, so much so that I wear a pendant with some of her flower everyday, and I wanted to craft something with her. However, the only flying ointment or related thing I’ve crafted is a mugwort based ointment (that I rarely use bc it makes me restless, which is the exact opposite purpose of it). I would be more than comfortable with crafting such a thing from day henbane, mandrake, or even datura (not so much belladonna, though I grow her for other purposes). However I’ve heard mixed things about brugmansia. Some say her strength is between that of henbane and mandrake & belladonna and datura, while others say she’s the most potent of them all. I definitely agree that she’ll fuck someone up arguably more, or at least quicker, than the others when taken for granted (one of the reasons I love her, kind until given reason not to be). But on the same token I want to learn about how to properly and safely craft such a thing with her to help better connect with her spirit and learn from her. Any advice, tips, or experiences?
