I made contact with Lilith

I was thinking maybe I'd get in touch with Lilith and doing research. Before I went to bed last night, I put it out there that I'd be open to meeting her. I had this dream full of dark purple where she was laughing at me and asking "do you really want to do this?" I'm getting the vibe it's not right for me, and that she may not be the correct deity for me to work with. But it's the first concrete contact I've made with any deity. Thoughts?
