Short story:
Listed a home, raised ranch, it had bad floors in it. The listing noted the floors and warned anyone that looked at home to use caution.
Agent requests to show, I text her another warning about floors, she proceeds to text me afterward that she fell through the floor, scratched up her legs, and is bruised.
What should my duty to other agent be?
I called, checked on her, offered sincere apologies.
Then countered her offer on the home.
In all seriousness, what more could/should I do?
