Solar panels- seller removing it after contract executed.
Post Body

So we have a house which is under executed contract. Thru out it was stated that solar panels were paid and owned by seller. The seller is in nursing care. It was later found out by BuYER that they are not paid up. Now the guardian says they are trying to to ask solar company to remove the panels.

The question is per the buyer, this is a fixture to the property. Buyer priced this house considering the paid up solar panels.

Seller not willing to adjust or reduce the Price since they have to go to court for every step. Also there is not much money left since much left over goes to nursing care etc

Seller realtor indirectly stated to terminate the contract which is wrong since this is a cash purchase and buyer has been waiting to close and lost other opportunities

Anybody what happens in much scenario. We stated that we do not want to get into legal path by hiring lawyers and we open to negotiations to resolve this but need concessions made.
