What’s been your experience selling a connected home/smart home/home that’s plugged in? My client bought his house after it had been beautifully renovated and has since been making tech upgrades like smart lights inside and outside, smart thermostat, etc. with the hopes that buyers find value in when he wants to resell and he wants those upgrades for himself anyways. Is there a demographic of buyers who value a connected home?
