Iโm an agent in Texas with a handful of transactions under my belt, but nothing over $300,000 until now. We are heading into the market a little above my recommended list range, but I still feel we will sell. We go live in a week from today. Pics being taken on Sunday. Drone footage will be included. Does anyone have any tips that could take me to the next level for this transaction?
Itโs a house. It has all the same things listed on the seller input sheet. The only difference is price. Market it accordingly. Other than that, itโs a listing and you have a market.
