Anyone have experience with ISA’s for Real Estate circle prospecting? Looking for tips/advice to make it a successful endeavor. I am in a great market: 1 millions people and growing rapidly, it’s a premier vacation spot ( that people also love to move to permanently and create more traffic ) and has a heavy and healthy luxury market. Any advice or experiences welcomed, specifically would love to know scripts, follow up procedures ( if different from normal follow up since there is a middle man ), origin accents & countries with good ISA’s, and how to train and monitor progress, and acceptable lead flow & dial times.

Also, my market is a market full or transplants, but we are in the south and most of us do have southern accents. I only mention this because an agent I am friends with tried ISA’ s and it failed, he sighted the failure on the accents in their home region not inspiring trust the target audience.
