Hello! I've heard conflicting opinions on this but I was recently told that I should reach out to old friends (high school/college/past jobs) to "catch up" and see how they're doing in hopes of gaining their trust as a real estate professional, in case they ever need one.
I don't know how to go about it without sounding like an absolute ass and that I'm only contacting them for future business. Does anybody have tips or anything to make me not seem like such a douche? Or DO tell me if you think it's douchey. Please weigh in on this! Thanks
