Buyer missing closing date
Post Body

The cash transaction is funded to escrow. Buyer has emergency travel on week of closing. Is there a risk if he misses the date and signs 2 days later? Of course we are trying to get signatures early but Hoa document is holdup for now. I mean if transaction is cash funded and seller signs, does it matter if buyer signs later? Not best scenario but am trying to understand what does law says?
