Post Body

Realtor/Investor here and learning. So I have a house under contract under option period. The seller is a corporate seller here. So for my revised offer, do I send a addendum with revised price or do I send email with a revised number for negotiations?

If I send addendum form with with revised offer, if they reject it does it end the contract?. I think common sense says to me it will not unless I send in termination at end of the option period?I want to verify it please. Pls guide on best approach and protocols.
