Unloading RS

In the future, will FM give any way to unload huge amounts of RS accumulated? Like say converting them to MS. I was going through the store and saw that 3 mil MS and 5 mil RS pack has the same price. So why not add an option allowing people who have huge RS lying idle to exchange for MS? But they can add a condition like it will be available for some X amount of days as like NASCAR content.
