PLEASE HELP. I lost my game and all its progress.

I am a mobile player. I was on R4 and I went to watch a add for scry when my phone died. I got home an hour later, charged my phone and now realm grinder has seemingly lost my save. I am logged into Google play but have no kongreet account(yes I know I spelled that wrong)
