The personalities in Potomac are so much funnier, self aware and friendly than on Beverly Hills. They also know how to fight and then make up. You can tell that they at least recognize that they're all entertaining, even when they don't like each other. And they kind of serve their shade with a wink, every time.

On Beverly Hills, some of these women are just trash human beings. Self centered without any humor about it, hypocritical without ever admitting it, and openly don't like each other. It's so clear when they are kind of forced to be together because of the show. They also have no idea how to have entertaining conflict and then make up. It's all very "mean girls" and most of the conflict seems contrived, because they don't truly give a shit about each other.

It's also extremely fun to watch Gizelle be shady or Karen be delusional or Ashley start drama because they've got a sense of humor. The women on BH are so egocentric and ruthless and hypercritical, I can never root for any of them. 😔
