RHOBH Season 11: Do you feel like the ladies were justified in asking Erika about the lawsuit?

I just recently watched the episodes where the ladies confront Erika during Christmas dinner about whether she's lying about what she did or did not know about Tom's business practices. It made me really uncomfortable. I don't think it was the right time or place and I'm on the fence about whether they should have even asked her about it.
If she were your friend, would you have confronted her? Do you think the ladies had a right to demand answers from her?
