Was this decision Smart? Dumb? Risky? Safe? Neutral? Other General Thoughts?
Brief: Six months ago, two relatives invested in land near San Saba and Llano – an acreage community called Rocky Hollow. Their logic was investing in land is never a bad idea and our family is planning to move to Texas in the next 5-10 years. So, if they build on it, great, if not, the value will only increase, so they can sell down the line.

- 20-year land loan at 6% interest
