I'm a new investor and I love reading/watching deal breakdowns, they helped me find the guts to invest and encouraged me to continue to consume knowledge!
I guess I am asking permission or if there is interest in a deal log with numbers and photos as I begin this crazy journey.
To start I have made 1 purchase, I have 3 contracts waiting to close, and an open offer making 5 SFH (assuming the offer is accepted). In these I have 1 seller financed, 2 conventional with small repairs needed (<10,000 in repairs), 1 BRRR, and the offer is out on a flip project.
So if there is interest I'd love to share or if this is the wrong place to share let me know!
To this point pictures will be personal as to not be reverse searchable, all of my gains (so far and projected) are very reasonable, and I use a management company for finding / dealing with tenants.
I think if I was managing personally or hit a home run somehow I'd be more private about it.
I more want to share to give real life deals to some of the guru-esque teachings. I was and am a huge fan of Fixer Jay, Peter Fortunado, David Green, and Brandon Turner. Reading and listening to these i always thought "these examples are so cherry picked, whats it like really?"
Thats more what I want to share.

Fair point, while I'm not ashamed or a super private person ill maybe create a new profile. While some can make the connection it will take a little work.
