Hi! I'm looking to sell a house I've been renting and am wondering if anyone has advice to share regarding FSBO selling methods. I've done some research and will probably use an attorney for all the paperwork and maybe pay a site to list the house on the MLS. Is there anything else I'm missing here? I just don't see the point in paying 6% or more in agent fees when this place (a nice starter home) will almost certainly be in demand and I know what a fair price is. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!
