Hi there, thank you in advance for reading this. For those of you who want to respond "do your own research" please know I did. Stessa was supposed to be a good solution for my needs, but their customer service isn't very responsive and I have tenants who can't access the app. With that in mind, what would you recommend for an online rent app or program?

I am a small landlord (4 units) so I would like something that is free or, worst case, very low cost. Also, being user-friendly is important, along with not accepting credit cards. (Due to charge back scams.) I don't mind waiting a few days for the money to transfer, but a week or longer is excessive to me. I'd also like an autopay feature.

Any help or insight that can be provided will be appreciated!
