Selling House with Ground Rent in Baltimore City

Post Body
Hi, I am new on real estate in Maryland and scouting some of the properties in Baltimore City.
There are a few Town Houses and Single Family Homes that I am interested in acquiring to sell βas-isβ but they hold Ground Rent between $90 and $120.
For those experienced realtors, how easy it is to sell a residential property holding a ground rent deed of that amount?
Any good advice will be greatly appreciated.
