What to look for in a realtor for buying a multifamily property?

Post Body

Hi there! This is my first time buying a large multifamily property (10 units). My current investment property is a SFH. As such, I need to find a good realtor to help with the purchase. What traits or knowledge should I be looking for? I just don't want to go into this blind in case there are things I should be aware of shopping for multifamily that are different than for a SFH, plus the realtor I used last time doesn't really have the capacity for this sort of transaction.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide! This will be the biggest purchase I've ever made and I don't want to make any huge mistakes that could cost me my investment.
