Good day, was hoping to ask for advice as buying my first property I'm not sure what I should put my money on. I'm tempted to buy a plot of land on a mountain tourist spot that's scenic and well.. touristy.. has lots of restaurants and places to go.. but thinking more practical I was thinking maybe I should put my money in a more sound investment such as for a rental commercial property or a farming lot that can generate higher income possibly. Not sure where I should put my first hard-earned money on.. Thanks
