Should I transfer my primary residence to my LLC when I move out and rent it? (No mortgage)

Post Body

Hi all,

I am getting ready to rent out my primary residence on Airbnb and do some traveling. There are no mortgages on the house. Assuming the house does well on Airbnb I will probably keep renting it out and buy another house for myself in a different part of town. Apart from my primary residence, I also have a property in my city that has two Airbnbs. That property is in an LLC that I created for it.

Should I transfer my house to my LLC? If so, should I wait to see how it does for a few months before transferring it? Would it be better to put this house into its own LLC or is it not worth the hassle of dealing with multiple LLCs?
