I too have been searching for the artist responsible for this song.

It's used in a one-month anniversary-type video in a small promo channel now extinct called ABH. I know I've heard this song before. I think I found it on my computer originally in a folder with the song Girl From Codeine City by L-Wiz. It sounds similar in style but I know everything by L-Wiz and this isn't him.
Anyone? Thoughts? Guesses?
