Wife and young coworker

My wife is 33 and she has been talking about this younger coworker he is I believe early 20s that she gets along with really well up to a point where once I saw an Instagram story where she was tagged by him in a "work lunch" which she deleted after. Also I see regular messages on her instagram between the two nothing romantic but my mind is going places. What should I believe out of this?
