React Navigation - How to tell if the back button has been pressed?

Post Body

So I'm refactoring my app to use Redux Toolkit cause the scope is getting p large. So far I am loving the dispatch to just update things globally. But for one of the things I don't know how to do it.

So for reference I have like 30 quetions in a stack navigator using navigation.push() to pass the new params. I also have a progress bar that fills up to show progress. The bar increments fine, but if the user hits the back button I don't know how to decrement it. So, how do I figure out when someone pressed the back button in the header?
