Has anyone ever used Capacitor to make a web app into native that has embedded maps?

Post Body

Long story short, I want to create an app with a couple of friends and it would center around using a map and putting markers on it with information for each marker. I don't want to pay for iOS developer fee for now (and I'm also not versed in React Native), so I would develop it in a web format (React, NextJS) and eventually bring it to apple store as an app. It's more a fun project, but also would be nice in my CV.

Anyone ever done such a thing? How does the map translate from Web to Native? Sorry if this is a silly question, but I'm actually curious to know other people experience :D
