Dog getting more and more leash reactive

Post Body

I have had my 2 1/2 year old Carolina dog mix for over 2 years now. She has always been very friendly but extremely leash reactive and a frustrated greeter. Within the last few months, she has gotten worse on the leash. She now goes after any car that passes, any person, everyone dog, where it used to just be bikes, a car everyone once and a while and would leave some dogs alone. I just don’t know where to start with correcting this behavior, feedback is greatly appreciated.
