Razer phone RMA - no protection shipping back

Hello r/razerphone how are you all doing? I had recently sent my phone for RMA to replace the mesh on my RP1 at the bottom speaker as it was coming loose, this took from I sent it on the 8/7/19 to today 26/7/19 which for me is a long time but worse is when they shipped it they only put the phone in the box with no foam bubble wrap etc.
Has anyone else had the same issue? Safe to say this has put me off Razer's RMA process and I'm not sure if my next phone will be the RP2 like I planned
