So I purchased a Death Adder V2 Pro off of amazon in Jan. The mouse just decieded to die on me, I reached out to customer support, gave them everything they needed and did all the troubleshooting with them. They told me the device was indeed defective and fell under their warranty. Once I sent them a proof of purchase and my info, they banged a 180 and said because you purchased it from somewhere else, we will not honor the warranty. YOU COULDN'T HAVE TOLD ME THAT WHEN I GAVE YOU THE SERIAL NUMBER!?!?!?!!?!?!? Why have me do all the troubleshooting, when you pulled up the serial number and it was one of the gray or defective units (should be in your system as a don't sell) or a fake as they called it (the serial number populates in the system soooooooo). I WAS a huge razer fan but I will never purchase another Razer products as long as I am breathing. Which is a shame becuase they USED to make good products now its shit. Logitech here I come.
P.S. Second denied warranty with them, first they said I broke the mouse, IT JUST STOPPED CHARGING!
