Long story short, i bought my razer stealth gtx1650 back in March 2020, then encountered some malfunction of few keys on my keyboard on July 9. I first reached out to reddit support and i wouldn't say they provided a good service because it took them 3 weeks to create a case for me and switched me to the email support.
Here's when the experience went terribly unpleasant, it took every 5 days for email support to reply me since then and now they just ignored me, here's the details of the conversation:

-The email support asked me to do exactly what reddit support asked me to (reinstall keyboard driver, cleaning and reset my laptop etc) and basically it's just a waste of my time to reply them but i replied on the same day anyway.
07-Aug-2020 01:07 PM (took them 5 days to reply)
-Email support promised to ship my laptop for repairing and asked me to verify my personal information. I replied on the same day again.
12-Aug-2020 04:53 PM (took them 6 days to reply)
-Email support sent me RMA number and saying: "For your convenience, a prepaid FedEx shipping label is included in this email. The tracking number is 7xxxxxxxxxx1. You may simply print the label and attach it on the outside of your return package." But i didn't receive any sort of pdf or pictures for me to print out the label and i asked them to send me the pdf or anything to me on the same days.
And i didn't receive any email until now and it was another week passed. I lost all my patience and im so pissed now. I have so many questions in my mind, are they trying to procrastinate the support until my warranty period becomes invalid? If any of you guys ever encountered this kind of issue please let me know.
