Probably a long shot, but I thought I might ask.

Recently purchased a black widow keyboard, but synapse has been causing issues. The lighting worked just fine for the first few days but, as of now (day 6 since purchase), I have been unable to use the keyboard when synapse is running.

The keyboard will constantly disconnect and fail to map even basic chroma effects. So far I have tested the keyboard and synapse 3.0 on three different machines and the keyboard works fine UNTIL synapse is installed. At that point it will constantly cycle through connection and disconnection every few seconds.

I was hoping to see if anyone knows if there is a way to switch to a different basic lighting profile via keyboard inputs instead of needed to use the software.
