3 months ago, I had complained about THX Spatial for Pcs (Standalone) is not working for a few months since there was one update broke the driver.
Customer Advocacy is quick about this matter and instantly created a ticket for me to contact with the customer service department and they promise that the issue is escalated to their dev team. but this 3 months I've been receiving status update of "they're working on this issue" and ask me to update the drivers via windows update and everything did not work.
I tried to reset my blade using recovery media and it works just fine until I run windows update. To further backtrack this issue, I had same problems early this year, but an update fixed it real quick after I raised a ticket to Razer but in the process of it, Razer asked me again to send in my unit and charging me for the diagnostics fee. Ranted here, then they created another ticket and some diagnostics going on, they realeased an update to fixed that issue.
10 years ago I'm hooked with the Razer Quality and been a fan ever since, but now I had totally lost my faith on Razer products as the quality had been going down. Think about it, it all started since the release of Razer Deathadder Chroma, got it since it's release and died within 3 months of usage. Me being dumbass ignores the redflags even after I read horror stories from reddit and still loyal to them.
TLDR: Razer broke driver, almost half a year didnt fix it.
