Should I buy a Blade 16 now or wait for any potential announcements at CES?

Hey y’all! I want to replace my desktop with a laptop because of mobility I’ve decided to go with the Blade 16. I will be doing gaming with some video and photo editing. Should I pull the trigger now to take advantage of the slight holiday discounts or wait for CES and see if there are any worthwhile announcements?
Note: this will be my first Razer laptop. I’ve used mostly MacBooks but I’ve been limited in the gaming department. I’ve used Razer peripherals for years now.
