Ornata V2 - Volume Wheel faulty & Wrist Pad hole

Post Body

I bought a Razer Ornata V2 approx 2 years ago (Maybe 3?), However I bought it from a random website & I never kept an email receipt so I can't claim warranty etc.

It's developed 2 issues & I'd love suggestions on how to fix them

I don't think this falls under Rule 3, as I'm not seeking support or trouble shooting. But correct me if I'm wrong.

1-Volume wheel has been a little touchy for the last 1.5 years and now it just doesn't work

Very similar to this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F9sbBw6uR9I

I've tried using compressed air to blow it out with no luck & googling suggests a common issue is corroded bits inside the keyboard at the wheel which isn't fixable.

2-The magnetic wrist rest has developed a hole where my wrist rests Pic here

Is this common? any idea where I can buy a genuine or quality knockoff replacement?

I loved my Razer mouse, bought a replacement mouse after 4-5 years &then this keyboard.

The mice have been great, but the keyboard IMO hasn't lasted as it should.

the volume roller & wrist pad were among the deciding factors on getting this keyboard so I'm quite pissed off/disappointed at what appears to be poor quality.

Did I get a lemon? Or is this a common razor quality issue?
