How many mg of Methylene Blue to take per day for daily stress, anxiety and depression?

My wife is very stressed because of her work and depressed since the death of a family member. There are other means in place to make her feel better, but besides that she would like to take blue methylene. I use Blue Vision Lab's, how many mg a day should she take? And at what time of day?
She smokes cigarettes. Thanks in advance
