Copper deficiency : I feel really bad

Im a copper deficiency, I took 30-50mg zinc / day during 2 years, I just discover the fact that is negative and cause copper deficiency, so Iโ€™m sure itโ€™s my problem !

My symptoms are : Fatigue, lack of motivation, low libido, low erection, aching joints, aching muscles, tired of standing quickly, quickly tired when I walk, difficulty holding back my urge to pee.

I want to correct that, today I stop to supplement zinc, so just in my food / day I have 10-20mg zinc, but I think I donโ€™t have copper food.

Here is my food I usually eat / day : - Potato organic - White rice organic - 3 eggs - 1 ground beef steak OR White fish like hake - Raw butter and Coconut oil to cook my food - Salt Camargue (true salt) - 0,5 L spring water - 2 teaspoon of bee pollen - 2 banana - 115g cream of milk yoghurt and vanilla pod with Cannes sugar

Supplement / day :

  • 1 dose of Shilajit / day
  • Vitamin C : 400mg
  • Vitamin E : 200iu
  • Vitamin D3 : 5000iu
  • K2 MK7 : 100mcg
  • Malate magnesium 200 mg
  • B2 : 50mg
  • B3 : 250mg
  • B6 : 10mg
  • Folate : 1000mcg
  • B12 : 1000mcg
  • Biotin : 50 mcg
  • Panlethine : 20mcg
  • Benfotiamine : 100mg
  • Inositol : 50mg
