Hey y'all my American bulldog was suffering from diarrhea a few weeks ago. I've had him since he was 9 weeks old and only started experiencing severe diarrhea at roughly 18 weeks. I immediately started him on raw food when I got him after a day of fasting. His diet was chicken 6 days a week and fish on sunday. A couple weeks ago he started experiencing diarrhea and throwing up food. I fasted him for a day to see if that helped and then I ended up back on the diet. He still was having his huge diarrhea problems. So I ended up trying to give him cooked chicken and rice with pumpkin for a day. Still to no avail he was having diarrhea. The next day I switched him unto ground turkey and rice and voila his diarrhea was solid once more. As of right now he's eating taste of the wild Pacific stream and their bison/venison variation. So I was wondering, if the cause of his diarrhea was the raw food diet or the over abundance on chicken. If it's the chicken... how often do you guys rotate your meats with your pets?
