Eternal 886 Type 2
Post Body

Hey guys! So I got my Eternal 886 Type 2 jacket in today and I thought I'd do a quick write up on it, there doesn't seem to be much on here about it. I previously had a 3sixteen Type 3s but it was too small and the fit just wasn't really for me anyways so I sold that and picked this up instead. I didn't really feel that the indigo/black was for me so I decided to grab something in an indigo/white.

I ordered from Denimio last Friday and it got delivered yesterday but I wasn't home so I picked it up from the post office today. As always, Denimio's delivery was super fast.

The 886 is actually the same denim as Eternal's 882 denim. It's a 14.5 ounce indigo/white weft and it's super hairy. I cannot explain how hairy this denim is, you can kinda see it in the pictures and it is phenomenal. The jacket feels like I would imagine 14.5 would, pretty middleweight. It's got contrast stitching and custom Eternal buttons and rivets. The one thing I'm going to miss though is the hand pockets from the Type 3s but I think the lack won't really bother me. It's a size XL and it's tagged as a 42 on the inside. I'm 6'2" so longer arms are a necessity for me and the arms on the jacket are actually perfect. I think the jacket fits like a Large. It's a pretty slim fit which I really like. It's also got some waist cinches in case you want it slimmer but I doubt I'll need them. Well, here's an album of it with some quick fit pictures at the end.
