Steelers fan here who is absolutely enamoured with Lamar and his show this year. The guy has stepped up greater than anyone could have managed, been completely humble about it (cough Baker), and developed a lot as a passer.
Although he has been breaking rushing records and such, will Lamar always need to keep his running game in order to be considered a good QB? It seems that he has stepped up huge a passer and can make great throws from the pocket. His running is impressive but he shows he can still make the throws cleanly.
For those of you who watch Lamar more often than I do, would you agree that although his duel-threat game is destroying the league right now, Lamar won't need it later if he has another system that focuses on passing?
