Towing with 2019 XLE? Small Camper

Hey guys! The towing package RAV is rated to 3,500 lbs but the non towing version is rated to 1,500 lbs. I read about towing weight I’m the US and how it’s largely based on marketing the “tow package” model that might have no huge performance differences.
The same site said to look at the UK and Aus specs because there may be more transparency.
Anyway, I have a 2019 XLE and want to tow a T@G 400 camper, or a 3,000 LB camper for 6 months to enjoy a digital nomad life. Thoughts?
