This only seems to pop up after the rav turns back on - after the start/stop at a stoplight. i assume it was the battery, and that i need to replace it. but the battery seems fine. no corrosion or anything. has anyone else had this issue?
Note: my rav was wacked by a tire on the freeway two years ago (second picture). 28k after insurance had it fixed i haven’t had any issues other than this. would the accident possibly have anything to do with it. the battery was replaced when it was fixed
